Thank you for your interest in renting our facility. As a church, we want to be good stewards of the resources God has blessed us with. Therefore, all requests submitted will be reviewed by the staff at the next scheduled staff meeting. All event requests must be within one month of the date submitted. This policy ensures we prioritize the ministries and mission of our church in regard to the calendar.

CAMPUS POLICIES

 
 
● The possession and/or use of drugs, alcohol or tobacco products on the campus is strictly forbidden. Any person found to be in possession or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be removed from the premises.

● The sound and lighting systems in the sanctuary will be manned by trained  personnel. They are not to be touched by the attendees of any event.

● No furniture, decorations, etc. are to be removed or relocated without the consent of TPCCC staff.

● Chewing gum is not allowed anywhere in TPCCC facilities.

● Food and drinks are allowed in the following areas only: Fellowship Center. Only bottled water is allowed in the sanctuary.

● Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and may not roam closed parts of the facility. Childcare will not be provided.

● All outside materials, supplies, etc. must be removed from TPCCC facilities at the close of the event unless granted permission in advance by TPCCC staff member.
